Focus on the Few Things Which Actually Matter

It's Monday and time to get back to the grind. Today can either be an exciting day where you continue to work on your purpose or a soul-sucking endeavor. 

Transitioning to a purposeful life is all about realizing there are only a few things which really matter. Every once in awhile we read or watch something and it completely changes our lives. For me, one of those times occurred when I read Essentialism by Greg McKeown. 

The book explains the ideas of essentialism which some people call minimalism. I have worked toward being an essentialist ever since. The key is to realize only a few things really are important. Those are the few you should focus on and release the rest. Find those few things and work on them daily for true satisfaction.
